-Have a current license valid in the state of Washington (CNA, HCA, HHA, NAR) - required -Have a current and up to date CPR/First Aid/BLS card - required -Have a current and up to date food handler card - preferred, not required -Have a willingness to enforce health and safety standards -Have pediatric experience - preferred, not required (fully compensated training is available!) -Be supportive and compassionate -Take pride in providing high quality care
