The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse to assure patient safety and attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each patient in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.
Specific Requirements: • Must be able to lift, turn, move, position, and transport patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse. • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. • Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations and guidelines governing nursing functions in the post-acute facility. • Must have the ability to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the nursing department. • Must perform proficiently in all applicable competency areas. • Displays integrity and professionalism by adhering to the company mission, vision, and values. * Must be certified in that state of Washington or have your NAR and be working towards testing and license

Hours are based on shifts scheduled and rotation. Days 6a-2p. Eve 2p-10p and NOC 10p-6a. All patterns are on an X, Y, Z 4 on 2 off, 4 on 1 off, 3 on 3 off, 3 on 2 off, rotates again. Pattern will give you every 3rd Fri, Sat and Sun off
