1. About Us

Excelcna provides comprehensive training and certification programs for healthcare professionals in the Puget Sound area. With over 14 years of experience and more than 10,000 graduates, we offer a range of caregiver courses, including CNA, HCA bridging, and specialty certifications.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old or have appropriate parental/legal consent
• Provide accurate personal information during enrollment
• Agree to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations related to healthcare training

3. Services Offered

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training
• HCA to CNA Bridge programs
• 75-hour Home Care Aide training
• Dementia and Mental Health specialty training
• Caregiver Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
• Nurse Delegation and Orientation
• Adult CPR/First Aid/BLS/AED certification

4. Enrollment and Payment

a. Course Registration

Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received. Course seats are limited and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

b. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods as listed on our site. All payments are processed securely.

5. No Refund Policy

All course payments are non-refundable. By enrolling in any course or program at Excelcna, you agree to our strict no-refund policy. This applies to:

• Missed classes or personal scheduling conflicts
• Failure to meet attendance or completion requirements
• Failure to pass examinations or assessments
• Withdrawal for any reason
• Transportation, child care, illness, or personal emergencies

If a course is canceled or rescheduled by Excelcna, we may offer a transfer to another class date at our discretion.

6. Code of Conduct

By using our services, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully. You must not:

• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
• Violate any course guidelines or student handbooks
• Damage property or equipment during training
• Cheat on assessments or falsify documentation

Violations may result in expulsion without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, content, and documentation provided by Excelcna are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse these materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Excelcna and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or website.

9. Disclaimers

We make no guarantees regarding employment outcomes or exam pass rates. Completion does not guarantee licensing or job placement. Students are responsible for meeting external licensing requirements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in King County courts, WA.
